The Second Lilaris Empire (Lilaris) emerged from the unification of the Ehrengard Empire and Saludo, following the fall of Ehrengard to the Roscarte Coup. Rooted in the legacy of Lilarreich, Lilaris is a monarchic superpower that balances Imperial authority with regional governance, with New Terranova and Saludo serving as its two primary hubs.

The Empire is jointly ruled by the Ehrveillian Dynasty and Alvaldi bloodline, forming a government that merges the strengths of both lineages. Lilaris maintains its military dominance, economic influence, and cultural traditions, ensuring its position as the leading power in Caldora.
