Overview

Saludo, once an independent kingdom, is now one of the two founding cities of The Second Lilaris Empire. Rooted in animism, its people believe that every element of the world possesses a spirit, shaping their way of life and governance. Rather than worshiping deities, they honor the spirits of the land, water, and creatures, ensuring that balance, duty, and communal well-being guide their society.

Following the unification with the Ehrengard Empire, Saludo retained its distinct cultural identity while integrating into the Imperial structure of Lilaris. As one of the two pillars of the Empire, it remains under the governance of the Alvaldi lineage, holding equal status with New Terranova within the Imperial framework.
